Mike has been a certified Real Estate Appraiser over the past 19 years (Since April 2005 contracting for Bakerview Realty Appraisals Inc.), valuing real estate throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, and completing over 10,000 reports that have been relied upon for lending purposes, as well as for estate and court purposes. In 2008, he started providing foreclosure management services for numerous banks, which morphed into the Property Genie brand, which was rebranded in 2013 from the original brand of REO Asset Management. He has been recognized by the Supreme Court of BC as an expert in the field of Real Estate, and as such has supported several parties in court as an expert witness.

Brad has been working with estate companies, and homeowners for 20+ years assisting them in the disposition of their antique assets. Both him and his wife own a vintage/antique retail store that has been in operation for many years. Together, they have travelled all over North America attending various estate sale events, and their combined knowledge of antique items is expansive, and provides clients with options to achieve the highest return on their assets.

Steve has recently joined the Estately Canada team after an extensive training period. Steve has tremendous sales, marketing and operational experience from many years of working with large corporate enterprises, as well as smaller companies. He is well versed with all the intricacies of the estate process, and is well situated geographically in the lower Ontario region for all Ontario operations.
