Estately Canada has morphed from interesting beginnings that have combined to create an expansive experience profile in the estate industry. In 2008, the initial company was created, named REO Asset Management to primarily assist banks and credit unions manage the foreclosure and risk management process for their distressed properties. The company gained experience through providing appraisals, gaining control of properties on behalf of the lender; in addition to winterizations, management, and preparation for sale. In 2013, the company was rebranded to Property Genie to expand service offerings to include services for estate and trust companies. During that period in time, we gained the trust of some of Canada’s largest banks, credit unions, trust companies, lawyers, and estate companies. Over the period of 2008 to 2021 we provided various services to over 12,000 properties, and now…..we have rebranded to support our focus on the trust and estate process. Estately Canada was born, and can assist stakeholders with the valuation, management, disposition of assets, and preparation for sale of all estate assets.
